For the 6th time, a pottery market will take place on 5 and 6 August 2023 at the Dielengraben in Hann. Münden.
Around 35 potters and ceramists transform the Dielengraben between Welfenschloss and Werra into a colourful exhibition space.
On offer are useful and beautifully shaped items in a surprising variety of shapes and colours. Whether crockery, unique vessels, objects or lamps, floral ceramics, garden decorations, sculptures or jewellery - everything can be made from clay. Earthenware, stoneware or porcelain, fired in raku technique, like salt or wood firing: the small and large works of art were produced by professionals and masters of their craft who learned their profession from scratch and earn their living with the production of ceramics.
The level of the market and the quality of the goods on offer is high, as hobby potters and traders are not allowed.
