The asparagus fountain (artist: Helge Michael Breig from Hanover) symbolizes the reputation of the city of Nienburg as the leading asparagus city. Five figures, donated by the "Nienburger Forum" board of trustees, adorn the fountain.

Directions

The asparagus fountain is located in the (southern) Lange Straße in the city center. The best way to get there is via Mühlenstrasse. There is parking in the underground car park directly at the town hall. From there it is only a few meters on foot.
