Children's Programme
The spectacular ANNO1250 event offers a varied program for the whole family

The now-well-established “Anno 1250” medieval market is moving this summer from the Stadtwall to the Weserbogen area of the Huxarium Garden Park in Höxter. The spectacular ANNO1250 event offers a varied program for the whole family.

The medieval festival in Höxter brings history to life: With jugglers, minstrels, crafts, knights’ camps, historical reenactments, and a colorful market atmosphere, visitors are immersed in 13th-century life. Numerous hands-on activities, musical performances featuring medieval instruments such as the harp and psaltery, and lovingly staged encampments make the City Wall Festival a unique experience in the region.
