Magic Lights Hann. Münden

Once again this year, the Lichterzauber in Hann. Münden will take place as part of our Christmas ensemble. The half-timbered and three-river town once again unfolds an enchanting flair in the picturesque old town during the winter season. The quaint streets of the old town are framed by artfully arranged light sculptures, which together create breathtaking seas of light. In addition to the larger-than-life, three-dimensional sculptures, trees decorated with fairy lights immerse visitors in a sparkling winter wonderland. This is complemented by illuminated half-timbered gables and windows, which skillfully set the scene for the centuries-old half-timbered houses and create unforgettable impressions.

Stroll through the old town in a cozy atmosphere alone or together with friends and family and discover the fascinating light installations piece by piece. Be sure to pack your camera, as the magic of the lights in Hann. Münden is a great photo opportunity.

This year, from November 28, 2025 to the end of January 2026, the Magic of Lights invites visitors to be captivated by a variety of light sculptures and decorations.
