“Only those who wander will find new paths." In keeping with this Norwegian proverb, the German Fairy Tale Route also invites all those who simply want to set out to experience something new. Regardless of how and at what speed you travel, the varied natural and cultural landscapes along the route will unfold their attractions for the traveller passing through as well as for those just taking a break. And sometimes, in a dark forest or at the foot of an imposing castle mountain, you suddenly feel like you are on a heroic fairytale journey.
But it also ends well. Because on the German Fairy Tale Route every traveller finds his way and his destination.
We offer suggestions and helpful information to all travellers, especially those who travel by camper/caravan, via eMobil or by foot.

Picture tour along the German Fairy Tale Route

We would like to entice you to take a journey along the German Fairy Tale Route! Immerse yourself in the picture journey of Klaus-Peter Hausberg, the ambassador of German holiday routes.

After emerging from the experience, set off yourself into the world of fairy tales, sagas and legends. You will discover and experience all kinds of wonderful stories, even if one or the other door unfortunately remains closed.

The picture tour was created mostly with material taken during a caravan trip along the German Fairy Tale Route in the summer of 2018.
The subtitles are unfortunately only available in German, but the pictures are enchanting in themselves.
