Night of sport

Sport is returning to the big stage: on Saturday, March 21, 2026, the town of Hann. Münden and the Münden sports clubs are inviting you to the "Night of Sport 2026".

Following the successful comeback of the traditional format last year, athletes and sports enthusiasts from the region will once again dance the night of sport together.

The focus of the evening will be on honoring outstanding sporting achievements and announcing the athletes and team of the year 2025, which can once again be voted for in a public vote in the Münden app from 11 March.

The evening will feature music by Sven Winkel and his event band Madison and the TuSpo Weser Gimte show and guard dance group will provide a varied supporting program, which will be crowned by a raffle with attractive prizes.

The event is once again supported by strong regional partners: the Sparkasse Göttingen, the VGH insurance agency Dirk Minde, the Versorgungsbetriebe Hann. Münden and the Trans World Hotel Auefeld are making a significant contribution to the success of the event with their commitment.
