Organ Summer 2026
The fifth concert of the Münden Organ Summer 2026 will feature the young concert organist Elizaveta Suslova. The musician from Brandenburg an der Havel is one of the up-and-coming organists of her generation and is now active throughout Germany as a concert organist, pianist and harpsichordist. She began her musical training on the piano at the age of six, followed later by organ lessons. From 2017 to 2020, she worked as assistant to the organist at Königsberg Cathedral, where she gained valuable artistic experience.
After completing her bachelor's degree at the Berlin University of the Arts, she continued her training in the master's program in organ performance with Prof. Henry Fairs. Her most important teachers also include Irina Krivitskaja, Evgeny Avramenko and Prof. Martin Sander. Master classes with renowned organists such as Martin Schmeding, Lorenzo Ghielmi and Sven-Ingvard Mikkelsen complemented her artistic development.
Elizaveta Suslova has won prizes at several international competitions, including 2nd prize at the 2021 Neubrandenburg Organ Competition. Her concert activities have already taken her to numerous renowned festivals and concert series throughout Germany. She impresses with her technical brilliance, musical expressiveness and a wide stylistic range from baroque to modern music.
