There are many native wild animals that roam free in the Bergpark Meißner.

Above all, native game species can be seen in the Bergpark Meißner on the outskirts of Germerode. Many of them can be found on the forest paths, as they run freely through the forest landscape. They can be watched, fed and often petted.

In the Waldwichtelhaus, young and old learn about the forest ecosystem in a playful way.

Families should plan enough time for the large adventure playground right next to the cafeteria.

April - October: daily 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
November - March: Sat. and Sun. 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

In the months of November to March, groups of 15 people and more and school classes are also very welcome outside of the opening times. We ask that you register in good time by calling 05657 7591 (also AB).
