Advent in the heart of the old town
When the cold season begins and the days get shorter, the pre-Christmas coziness moves into Nienburg's old town. You can browse, linger and shop around the church, the historic town hall and the half-timbered buildings.
On the church square, regional associations, volunteers and artisans offer their products and Christmas delicacies in pine-decorated wooden stalls on the Advent weekends (opening times: Fridays from 4 pm to 8 pm, Saturdays from 11 am to 8 pm, Sundays from 1 pm to 6 pm).
On the market square, guests can stroll through a small food mile and enjoy the pre-Christmas atmosphere (ÖZ: Mondays to Thursdays 3 to 8 pm, Fridays 3 to 10 pm, Saturdays 11 am to 10 pm, Sundays 1 to 8 pm).
