A small world of experiences around the Grimm‘sche fairy tale "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs"

The Snow White House opens up truly fairytale perspectives on the Grimm fairy tale "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" for young and old.

In several rooms in the Schneewittchenhaus Bergfreiheit, you are lovingly, magically and impressively taken into the life of the dwarfs in the small, typical one-room houses. Two habitats:
In the larger of the two living spaces visitors can see where the seven dwarfs slept and ate in just one room when they came home from the mine.
As shown in the fairy tale, the table is set and the seven cute little beds, three of which are loft beds, are against the wall. In the other living space you should be able to imagine how the dwarfs and Snow White prepared food: there is a kitchen with an old stove and a table as well as all kinds of accessories and utensils.

Directions

Drive to Bergfreiheit on the Autobahn A 49 or B 253 and B 485. Follow the signs for "Schneewittchendorf Bergfreiheit".

Exit B 253 from the east or south either via Braunau (B 486) towards Bad Zwesten, then turn right in Braunau towards Berg Freiheit.

Coming from the west, exit B 253 in Hundsdorf; Turn right (signs for "Schneewittchendorf". Then via Hundsdorf and Armsfeld to the branch Fischbach, after approx. 2 km you will reach Bergfreiheit.

In the village, after the bus stop, turn left into the street "Kellerwaldstraße" leading to the old village center . There are many parking spaces on the left in a meadow. (sculpture group Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs).

A short footpath leads uphill to the Snow White House in the center of the village.
