The visitor centre is located at the city-side entrance to the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe World Heritage Site, directly at the terminus of tram line 1 Wilhelmshöhe (Park).
In the Wilhelmshöhe Visitor Centre you can find out about the Bergpark, the museums and sights and, of course, the water features. In addition to information about the Bergpark, the "Infopoint Kassel - Bad Wilhelmshöhe" offers brochures and information about offers in the short district and about the city as a whole.
Displays provide information and inspiration if you don't yet know what to do in Kassel - also in English. Guided tours and city walkscan be booked directly online, or you can visit the Tourist Information in Kassel's city centre. You can also get concert tickets there.
