Caravan Parking
Camper site to discover and enjoy
Motorhome holidaymakers will find a pitch at the tranquil Franzrasen on an island on the Werra in the heart of the spa town and in the immediate vicinity of the historic old town. Campers can stop here with their mobile home at any time of year without a reservation and discover the fairytale town of half-timbered houses with its charming nature.
Only for the Harvest Festival and Local Heritage Festival on the 3rd weekend in August is the festival tent set up on the Franzrasen. Alternative sites for mobile homes are available on the opposite "Alleerasen". The site on Franzrasen under the shady old trees is suitable for more than 100 motorhomes. The site is level, partially asphalted or gravelled.
