Open all year round, the visitor centre at the foot of the Hercules structure serves as a reception hall, meeting place and information centre.

The service centre is the contact point for hikers, Bergpark walkers and visitors to the Hercules and the Water Games.

On 550 m², it offers a rest room with sanitary facilities and an area where you can find out about the Hercules, the Water Arts or the Bergpark in text, pictures and film. You can also get tickets to all the attractions in the Bergpark here. And in the museum shop you will find books, maps and many souvenir articles about Kassel and the Bergpark.

An Feiertagen ist das Besucherzentrum von 10 bis 17 Uhr geöffnet. Geschlossen am 24., 25. und 31. Dezember sowie am 1. Januar.
