Hessian Forest Museum

Short facts

  • Hanau

Forest museum in the wildlife park "Alte Fasanerie".

The Hessian Forest Museum in the "Alte Fasanerie" wildlife park takes us on a journey into the history of the forest. Long forgotten forest occupations, historical and modern forest work are among the important topics. But children are also invited to explore the forest interactively.
There is space for educational events, specialist lectures and exhibitions as well as forest adventure days.

A nice combination is a visit to the Alte Fasanerie wildlife park.
