Office

When the association was founded on 1 January 2007, a dedicated office staffed by a full-time team was established for the German Fairy Tale Route. Located in Kassel, the “Capital of the German Fairy Tale Route”, it serves as the association’s central hub for organisation and communication. It is also responsible for the ongoing management and development of the German Fairy Tale Route as a themed route, brand and partner network.

Since 2018, its work has been supported by a second, smaller office in Hofgeismar, the “Sleeping Beauty Town”.
