Wochenmarkt Hoya

The weekly market in Hoya takes place year-round every Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. between Centralplatz Hoya and the elementary school on Lange Straße.

The weekly market in Hoya has been in operation since September 14, 1995. It has become a regular feature on Thursday mornings for residents, guests, and visitors to the town of Hoya.

Special promotions are regularly held at individual stalls and are announced in the daily press. The Hoya weekly market offers, among other things, meat and sausage products, fish delicacies, baked goods, Mediterranean specialties, honey products, fruits and vegetables, flowers and plants, cut flowers, haberdashery, as well as specialty teas and spices.

If the market day falls on a holiday, shoppers can make their purchases as early as Wednesday afternoon from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
